I began my touring career aged 17 as concert lighting designer for Jethro Tull. Most recently I have worked with The 1975, Shania Twain, Jamie xx, The xx, Kid Cudi, Björk and David Blaine.
I have toured over 30 countries worldwide working in a variety of different venues. These range from small theatres and clubs, to larger theatres and concert halls, arenas, sheds, outdoor gigs, stadiums, festivals and live TV shows.
I have expanded my experience by working with a range of bands and artists, performing in a variety of styles and musical genres. This has given me the opportunity to work in many different ways and develop, whilst staying true to each genre.
Using CAD drawing and pre-visualisation software, I am able to develop designs and program shows in advance of any rehearsals.
Coming from a theatre background has meant I can adapt techniques and styles to work in a concert and events environment, often enhancing a production by treating it theatrically.
I am able to act as a lighting designer, director, programmer and operator using the latest technology and lighting, video, special fx and automation equipment.
